I recently did a transmission and lsd oild tune-up but now im having doubts that i used the correct oil. Now when i shift the gears are hard if the transmission its cold but when the transmission gets a good warm temperature then the gears shifts clean with no hesitation.

i was jus wondering if this could later result in a f'up transmission.

Yes, the wrong fluid viscosity will cause hard shifting. I don't think it will damage anything. Just drain the fluid out and put the correct fluid in.

+1 for maintenance though, at least you're taking care of your car

Some aftermarket/performance trans oils will do that. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong; your trans is just a bit "cold blooded" now. Mitsubishi Evo's are that way, too. Just be patient and don't force the car into gear. Use the same pressure on the shifter you do when it's warm and wait for it to "snick" into gear.
