Car: telling people my car is not a wannabe porsche, racing, cruising, just normal immature college kid s

okay first my car is a 1990 nissan 240sx 5 speed. Now the problem is when it is very cold, (the car and outside) the gears and increadibly difficult to get into, also when it is very cold the clutch slips a bit but not horribly. Now when the car is warmed up or has been in a heated garage, the gears shift much better if not perfectly (in the case of just leavin the heated garage for a few min at least). Its been going on for about a week now and it hasnt gotten much warmer than about 20 here since then so I dont know if warmer weather will ward off the problem. Also when the car is cold and I get it into gear, 1st, 2nd or reverse even with the clutch fully depresed the car will still roll about 2-5 mph. I dont think its the clutch and some think its a lubrication problem any suggestions or opinions would be greatly apreciated.

Try some Redline MT 90. Yes gearlube is stiff when cold. Just drive it easy and don't rush shifts till it warms up.

Yeah just change the fluid and wait till it warms up. I usually don't drive my car until at least 10 minutes after starting it in 20 degree weather
