transmission issue..

So my transmission had a 5th gear grind, I took it to the dealer and they put in a new transmission and clutch @ 48000 miles I started to feel 3rd gear a little clunky @ 52000 miles now @ 57000 miles sometimes I have a slight 3rd gear grind I'm over the the 48 Month mark (in january)

What should I do?

isn't warranty goes up to 70kmiles for important mechanical parts like power trains called power train warranty or something similar. i would just let the dealer replace the gearbox.

to think about it, my dad's nissan pickup's manual gear box was broken around 60kmiles...maybe, nissan manual transmission isn't really that reliable beyond 50kmiles ( of course, my dad shifts gears like a mad man...maybe that's why)

take it to the dealer and *****..say the part that was put in was bad...you are barely over warranty...so if you have gone there alot for oil changes and stuff you shouldn't have a prob
