trade wheels for parts?

So most of you have probably seen the Rays wheels i currently have on right now. This blonde chick who's been hanging out with my bro recently, wanted to buy them from me and put it on her f***en hyundai.... I decided to work out a little deal for her....kinda

The deal is, she can buy them straight up from me for $800 with or without the tires, OR, she can buy me Stillens lip kit and hood damper That would be about $720 something, so i guess would be a slight better deal in her part.....

Hopefully she decides soon.....waiting is one of the things i hate most even though im not even gonna install any lip kit or anything until spring....

Why not just sell them to her for the $800 and buy the parts yourself ???

Would she pay for paint too ???
