Hi.I have a '07 G35 S Sedan and when the traction control switch is engaged, and you attempt to test the limits, another "Traction Control" function takes over & prevents any tire spin. Is there a way to override this "nanny controller"?

Hi Jerome.I engaged the VDC switch, but unlike my '03 G35 Sedan which worked great, this switch barely has any effect. Do you have any other idea's or know of someone that I can ask anywhere?Appreciate your assistance.

Download your 2007 FSM and study schematics.

Manufacturers are getting better and better and protecting themselves from damages caused by owners illegally modifying.

You can usually create a fault but with integrated ABS/Traction/dynamic handling you may end up shutting down all 3 and having ecu decrease power to protect you.

There is a bill in Congress to make dynamic control mandatory just like air bags.
