Traction Control and ABS lights on and won't go off, just a bad sensor?

I did a burnout in my SER a few months back at a car show and my pass. side tire blew. When it blew the belt in the tire kind of "peeled" off and when it did it whipped around my wheel well and ripped my fender liner (replaced) and I think ruined a sensor, because right as that happened my Traction Control and ABS light came on.

Before I did the burnout I turned my TCS off of course, but once the tire blew I couldn't turn it back on (still can't). Something similar happened with my VW GTI and it was a speed sensor that needed to be replaced.

Has anyone else had these 2 lights come on for them and gotten them to go away?
