You can only safely lift an inch or so before you'll have camber issues. Aftermarket A-arm lifts allow up to about 2.5" of lift.
There's a bolt on each side in the crossmember under the Transfer case that secures your torsion bar anchor. It has 2 nuts on top - a larger nut and a smaller jamb nut. Get a baseline height measurement at the center of the fender above the hub. Loosen the jamb nut and get a wrench on the other, and tighten that bolt not more than a turn at a time. Roll the truck back and forth a few feet and measure again. Repeat until you get the height you desire. Do watch where the upper A arm is in relation to the bump stop. You want to leave some space there.
After you're done, tighten the jamn nuts back down and you'll need an alighnment. At the very least you will have toed in the front wheels by doing this. Also, if you 4 wheel hard, you'll start eating up steering components, so learn how to service/replace those.
