I heard something snapped when I lowered the top just now and turned out this piece is broke. I checked Courtesy Nissan website and it looks like I can't buy only this part. Separate part is not shown. I think I will get it welded.

Just got a confirmation. You can't buy it separately. Comes with the cylinder and cylinder is no longer available from Nissan. Not a single one in the warehouses nor dealerships in the U.S.

Nope! It didn't work. It's brass, so can't be welded.

Threaded rod end might work. It's just a simple rod end, so shouldn't be an issue to replace so long as you use the same ID bushing and same thread pitch.

I could sell you one. But it would come with the whole car. :)

Try these guys:

http://www.mcmaster.com/#rod-ends/=o90hh8

All of the rod ends on our baja car came from them, they're sure to have something that will do the job. Like Hijacker said, Just get the dimensions and order accordingly.

I got the part from a junkyard and fixed it. I figured out what caused it to break. 2 plastic washers go to each side of this part and they made the joint VERY tight. Hydrolic arm pushes up, but this part couldn't rotate easily. I wasn't able to install it back to original condition at all. I sanded down a couple of washers and was able to finish the job. I lubed up the joint as well. Thanks for the replies and PMs!!

If you are just talking about the canvas top/rear window then topsonline.com is a good place.

As far as I know, tops from Robbins or Elektron are better.

I haven't heard of either of them, I have no complaints about the topsonline one that I have.
