Gentlemen of the NICO bulletin board.

I would like to annouce that I have in my possesion my 1995 240 SX, finally. After a week of blood, sweat and tears (mostly tears), I finally came up with the sufficient funds to purchase my "Goldie." Alas, Project Goldie begins today!

First things first, the clutch has got to go. That OEM nightmare of a clutch was slipping all the way home. The previous owner must've been a woman. Then second, all the typical repairs and clean-up that follow.

Another thing! I wanted to get a JDM S14 conversion in a few weeks along with a new paint job, but after looking at this pic, I thought twice about it. Download it and check it out. Those 1995 S14 headlights don't look so bad after a while. At first, I thought they were fat and ugly. But just looking at the pic made me think. I mean, whoever owns that car, did a pretty good just with the front end. I like the front kit and the eye brows on it. I find it to be very close to ricey, but at the same time, it's pretty fresh. What do you guys think? Those bronze deep dish rims are phat!

My point is: If done up correctly, the 1995 S14 headlights can be a thing of beauty.

Those lights look like the Euro-spec glass headlights for the zenki 240. I don't think that looks rice though... especially if you are going to have a huge intercooler in front.

I have allways like that look better myself. The newer style just looks a bit too angry to me.

I say do what you like but if it were me, I would do something down that line.

Good luck with your new car.

Hmm, I gotta get those headlights. Where do I buy?

Hey Anand: I'm from East LA, 323 area. I might be able to catch the meet on the 15th. I'll check out more of it in that section. And another thing, you got a pretty tiiiite ride. I especially like the dual N1's and the reverse indiglo gauges. Pretty clean interior. The previous owner of my car believed that driving and eating was a good thing. It's going to take me a week until I can get my car all cleaned up and washed. Plus I don't feel so confident in my slipping clutch.

I know this thread is old but i just found it. .....Yeah, where do you get the headlights? I've tried everything to get that yellow/hazey look out. Even clear eyes, their just not as clear as i'd like them to be. Anyways, where can i buy those Euro spec glass headlights?
