Checked out using a Power Glide ( old chevy auto trans. ) . Transmission man of Burt Brown said I will have a big problem in a boat. Auto trans will auto up shift as soon as I shift to DRIVE due to low resistance of the spinning prop in water. Said I would have to lock in 1st manually, then floor it and release the lock to get the auto trans to shift up thru all the gears while under a load in each gear. I am going to have to think a lot on his point. Not sure if it going to be worth the ENGINEERING. Thanks for helping me, Chris. Rich
