So i went out and bought some 35% tint to tint my tail lights, me and my friend tried it off the car, but learned that it works a lot better on the car!... i bought static cling tint as per my other friend, but i cant get some of the edges to stay down... any ideas? btw... since we messed up the 1st attempt i only had enough tint for one tail... doin the other one tomorrow... whatcha think?

I like the tinted look myself but if that is regular window tint it won't last very long....the film that they use for tail lights is a different type of material

Try a heat gun, It will make the tint easier to bend around the lamp.

i actually used a hair dryer, its just the edges dont like to stick, so i have it pulled tight and duct taped to hell under the lamp. haha so any advice to get the edges to stick would be nice,,, and should i use just water and soap? if so, how much soap to water (it is STATIC tint, not adhesive)
