Timing Chain Replace at 63k

Well I thought I would try and get some opinions but I am hearing what I believe to be the timing chain knocking in my engine. I have a 95 with 63k, seems a little soon for timing chain going bad. Any thoughts on what the problem is. Could it be the guides as I heard not to reinstall them after a cam change. If so which ones should I remove?

the upper guid you can remove no problem.
