Throwin code 11... HELP!

First off, I've searched the hell outta this many times and Im still at a loss. OK, my car will start kinda rough, then start idling fine. After about 5 min of idling, my a/f goes super rich and it tries dying on me. Then after that, I can still rev it up, but when I hold a certain rpm (like 4000), it spits and sputters and sounds like its missing. So I checked the ecu again, and it just started throwing code 11 which it has never done before even though I've been fighting the same problem for a month now. Any suggestions would be great. if it give a code 11 change your crank angle sensor for a working one.. if that doesnt help trace all your wiring related to the crank angle sensor and test continuity ... if everything seem allright cross check your wiring for continuity maybe there a short between 2 wire.

Thanks for the advice. I'm thinking its probably the crank angle sensor cuz I've already checked wiring and gone through the FSM. Thanks again.
