I would doubt that a throttle body spacer would do anything on an FI car. Carb spacers make a difference but they are behind the point where the fuel and air combine, FI cars are not applicable as was already pointed out. Now different length funnels on carbs do change the power curve slightly and if the spacer changed the air flow characteristics into the manifold it would make a difference albeit slight.
