Throttle body cleaning

I need some instructions on how to clean the throttle body on the Q. I have the service manual, but I could not find any information on how to clean the throttle body. I have searched the forum but I still have a couple of questions.

Do I leave the engine running while I spray the throttle body cleaner?

How do I manually move the butterfly back and forth?

here's one more. probably better to manually clean the TB. carb cleaner and lots of rags. both sides of the butterfly. use a flash light to see the tough places. an assortment of small brushes (toothbrushes), will help, toojeff

I am glad I did it because it was very dirty.

What I missed from all the information on cleaning the throttle body was how to make the butterfly plate open. I finally figured that out by push down the throttle cable.

You should be able to carefully wedge a screwdriver into the throttle cam. At least that's how I do it on the J. Don't know if it's the same set up on the Q.
