How did you re-route your fresh air ducting? I got a cowl I'm gonna smooth off and was wondering how to re-route the ducting.

whats up from the tri s***ies...hows the weather over there??crap here....but iv got a smoothed cowl sittin here that i got from a guy for free when i bought my front clip off him...but i havnt done anything with it because of the air ducting....i see you havnt got any responces here yet but..did you figure anything out??im thinkin about just trowin mine on and seein if it really affects it because the cowl isnt really sealed to the truck so id think it would still be able to pull air..but idk guess well see..

i havent done this kind of mod to mine and dont plan on but i think that as long as you draw the air from inside it wount hurt anything but if your looking to draw air from out side you might wont to drill holes just under the cown in the motor bay to let it draw air from there just remember to use some type of screew to keep particles like leaves out.

Cut a hole in the outer corner under the fender and fab a screen to keep out heavy items. Look for an under fender guard to prevent splashing and road dirt from entering.

Get some aftermarket side vents, like for an F-350 and cut the necessary holes in the upper fenders.

i just put mine on and imo theres no reason to cut or add anything....the hood hinges have nice sized holes..and mine has quit a few random holes drilled threw the firewall too so i think itll get enough air..i havnt drivin very far but iv ran the heater and it works fine..no A/C so wont b runnin it in the summer at all...but the heater blows fine....oh and when i say just put it on i mean like an hour ago lol ill throw a pic up in a few..
