Thinking about buying a G37

I am toying with the idea of selling my altima coupe and getting a G37. The way I look at it is I have 3 options.

1) Buy a 2012 g37 for about 30k (VPP pricing)
2) Buy a used 2010 g37 for about 21k
3) Wait for a redesign.

Does anyone have any input or maybe information about when a possible redesign may come?

Sedan expected in 2014 as a 2015 release and the coupe appx 6 months later. Who knows tho.
