Thermostat with no gasket

So i bought a new Mishimoto thermostat from Z1 and to my dismay, no new gasket was included. Ok to use a gasket sealant instead? And if so what kind? Thanks!

Just use an RTV sealant, normally the blue is for the coolant. I think our cars do not use a gasket for the thermostat, just the waterpump.

There is no gasket. They use rtv from factory.
