Lower intake manifold gaskets will be different, 95 VH45 had valve cover gaskets where 90-93 did not.. So really all thats left are the upper manifold gaskets and stuff which are the same and oil pan gaskets, front and rear main seals which are all the same

Valve cover gaskets are going to be important for you to change as they do get leaky.

Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I am getting ready to do the VH s-chassis swap, and am going with the Mazworx goodies. I am looking for who could either fab new intake mani's, because hood clearence seems to be the common demoninator, or what hood is recommended to overcome this problem? I would prefer to do a dual intake setup like canadian drifter did on his project for two reasons no hood clearence issue and you get to keep the strut tower brace! I would outsource though as I am EPIC fail on the welding skills! My only concern I guess would be flow balance but I guess a crossover tube/tubes would help that.

I'm looking for bench flow results of the stock VH45de and stock VK45de heads? I've searched around but haven't really found much, at least no solid data.

So you're saying the 94 vh45 had one big intake port per cylinder instead of two? Do they split inside of the heads?

i have a question in regards to injectors?
i know on Z32s the earlier style injectors cannot handle the higher ethanol gas we have today and crap out often. later Zs had injectors that solved this problem.
would a 1995 vh45de out of a usdm q45 have the updated injectors or the older style??
thanks, hadmt seen this answered yet.

solid lifter conversion (using L series bits or hla with shims) for big revs with aggressive cams..
