Is that okay to resurrect this year-old thread?

I just got my 240sx on Monday, and these are the only halfway decent pics I have so far. My boyfriend got to drive it back home 100miles, that lucky guy! He thinks he's going to be driving it a lot more... hahaha yeah.... right!

Rear view:

Hard to believe she has over 230,000 miles on her, huh?!

super low is not alwasy good, reason being is it affects your allignment, thats why spl has aftermarket control arms, its one of the few wasy to get beast handling on your car. i lowered mine 3 inches with KTS coilovers but with 18's its still a little off road, but the kit makes it low. whowas the guy refering to about having a low car.

240's have way too little suspension travel, especially in the front, to lower excessively and still handle decent.

You can potentially run 9"f/10.5"r quite easily on stock fenders...so with flares, anticipate going with more, otherwise the flares become futile. With 30mm f/50mm r overfenders, I'd personally recommend something in the range of 9.5", -18mm with no wider than 235 tire in the front, and 11", -27mm in the rear with a 255 tire max.

17x9 +27 fits fine in the front on stock fenders on mine but as always fit will depend on the tire size and the camber. I'm running 245/45/17's all around and the 17x9 +17 rears don't fit stock fenders but 10's will with the right offset. 10.5's probably not without a pull.
