Your dealership may have some issues to work on.

Did just go to lunch and got a chance to floor it, different feeling/sound compared to the 3.5L.

My loaners were always clean but plain Janes. No extras at all. They also had those ole thick clear plastic mats that I HATE!

The biggest thing I noticed between the sedan loaner and my coupe was the lack of blind spots! The Z has some really killer ones, most notably the side mirrors. OMG they are hard to see over.

The last loaner I had from Infiniti was a new M37....it was sweeeeet!!!!
Still, a bit big for my taste.
Didn't think the wife was going to let me return it!! :chuckle: She loved it.
Got to admit my fanny enjoyed the A/C. :yesnod
The time before that was also a M37. (was this summer)

Got a Cube loaner at my Nissan dealership when I had the G coupe checked for some warranty work a while back. Daughter loved them at the time, so I thought what the heck. I think they are the best looking box on the road, but I didn't care for driving the thing at all.

All of the loaners that I've received were gassed, cleaned, and had no smell of smoke or animals.

I never got an M for a loaner. That would have been nice! I have had G sedans, an EX, and a FX when I've had a loaner. One time they gave me a G sedan with 7 miles on the clock. I asked them very politely if the cared how many miles I put on it and they told me all they cared about was that it came back with the same amount of gas in it as when I took it. This was in Louisville so I drove to Cincinnati and caught a Reds-Cardinals game and gave it back to them with about 250 miles on it. Not a word, it was priceless. :chuckle:

Today I dropped off for inspection and alignment.

Gave me a '09 G37 Sedan. Surprised that the engine/transmission is less smooth than my G35. Definately feel the higher position of the car. Still nice though. Begged for a G37 Vert, :)

I'm currently driving an '09 G37x loaner. I feel that it's more refined power than my '07 G35x, which is like a caged animal. Mine feels more powerful because it seems more raw. The '09 seems a little smoother and easier, so it actually feels less aggressive to me. I don't like the side mirrors on the '09. They seem smaller and have more of a size reduction than mine (objects may be closer than they appear alright).

I had a M37x: http://www.moodym.com/articles/m37x-review-p1.shtml

My last one was another G37x base model as was the one prior. The only loaner the dealership has that I want to take out is a vert, but that one is rarely not out.

To bump this. Dropped off G for inspection and to see if they can adust the driver's window (about 1/4" too low).

They gave me a silver '12 G25 with 4k miles on it. Very nice and surprised me with decent power, would have thought it might have felt slugish. Though to me the 7 gears is a bit too much, I would have to keep it in manual mode all the time to keep it in the right gear for me.
