Sadly, it's quite the opposite, actually. Only Lego Star Wars (and particularly Lego Star wars II and the Complete Saga) were good (and they were a lot better than just good).
Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman were pretty bad. For one thing, the L:SW engine simply doesn't translate well to melee-focused combat (shouldn't be an issue for Lego: Harry Potter). But the other problem was that Lego Indy and Lego Batman simply didn't demonstrate the same level of polish that Lego Star Wars did. Puzzles were boring or downright bad, level design was meh, characters and abilities were uninteresting.
And another reason Lego: Star Wars was so great from a humor perspective was that it played on a movie series everyone knows by heart. So the subtle jokes and little things were particularly enjoyable. In Batman and Indy, that same case simply didn't hold true...and even if it had held true, the humor didn't live up to it anyway. The games just weren't on the same level as Lego: Star Wars II.
Supposedly the Harry Potter games will be more open in nature, allowing for free exploration of the school and supporting more depth to the gameplay, so it might be a step back in the right direction. The setting seems like it's more in tune with what the Lego engine does best, and it also seems like there's better potential for the series' goofy humor than in Batman or Indy.
