Just picked up an 07 M45 Sport with 20k on the odo. Coming from an 06 G35 Coupe 6mt which served me well for the past 4 years. Had some nice mods on that car. Took me all of two weeks to order exhaust, install the USA spec ipod kit. I'm going to try to go easy this go around.

Awesome car all around. Not quite as quick as my G, does everything else better by 10. Great motor.

Have already spun through the Ken in AZ posts, learning.

hello everyone. I am new to the site and am the proud owner of my first infiniti. It's a 2003 M45 in brilliant silver. I have only had it a couple of months and love it. No pics yet as it's been a pretty good winter so far. As soon as I can polish her up I will post some. BTW I love the site.Cheers.

Hey guys, been on and off here for a while. Picked her up back in January of '09. Black on Black 06 M45 sport with Journey package and DVD entertainment system. had 12k miles on it and have only done tints (15%) right now. pics are old but not much has changed. No real plans, maybe some rims but I'm satisfied for now. put 20k miles on it and some major road trips and it's a beast.

Hello everyone!

New guy to this section of the forum but not to NICO. I was previously on this site with my last vehicle and then upgraded and switched forums. Back now with another new ride... After my wife totaled her 07 Altima SL we decided to get a new (to us) Infiniti M45 Sport. The car is currently being delivered but here are a few snapshots from the dealership we bought it from. Enjoy!

James

This is the Altima

And lastly, this is my new ride. Brand new 09 Cadillac Escalade AWD. I bought this as a present to myself after graduating college.

After 2 months of hunting for an M to replace my 2002 Q45 with 129k miles that was totaled in an accident I finally found my new ride. Was looking for a used 2008 but couldn't find something to fit the bill. After some urging from the wife to take the plunge, I now have a 2010 M35 Sport with Tech & Advanced Tech packages in obsidian black with graphite interior. Took delivery on Friday and have spent the weekend learning what all the buttons do and all I can say is WOW!

A few pics

Hi Folks:

I'm new to this forum. I upgraded from an '07 G35x to a 'new' '09 M45x last December. I'm not new to Nico since I've been on the G35 forum for a long time. I loved the G35x and was not planning on upgrading, but I got such a good offer on the M45x since it was an '09 but still new, and the new shape is out now, that I couldn't pass it up. I love the M. It's just an incredible car to drive, and I absolutely love the 5.1 surround system. I've been on a major shopping spree for DVD 5.1 concerts - particularly with DTS.

Here's a pic of my car (trying to figure out how to make this show up in the original size of the photo - a bit tiny here):

Here's a picture of me with my amazing daughter:

Hello All,

New to this forum with a 07M35X. After the past winter we just had here we needed to get something with AWD and didnt want the typical SUV. I have always liked the styling of the M's and I didnt really need the V8 since I have a V8 toy already. I have already tinted the window's and installed HID's in the fog's. Plan on rims, intake and exhaust that is probably all I will do with this one. Just need to look through here some more to find out the best exhaust and intake to get. Just wish I could drop it just a bit though.

Just got mine on 5/7/10.

2007 Infiniti M35x Base with Navigation (don't think I have any of the other packages since I have no XM, no AFS, no Intelligent Cruise, 6 speakers I believe).

I am coming from a modified 1999 Nissan Maxima SE.

Thanks.

Yeah....I had:

1990 Geo Storm (age 16)
1992 Subaru Legacy AWD Turbo (age 17)
1997 Nissan Maxima GXE (age 18)
1999 Nissan Maxima SE (age 19-22).

I'll be 23 next month. The 1999 was my baby. I got it with 26k on the clock and made it look nice (I think). But, it was time to upgrade. All good things must come to an end.

Some more background info on me, since this a members intro thread of sorts.

My name is Ilya. I'm from Albany, NY. I work in IT (Network/Desktop Support). I'm Ukrainian born (been in the US since I was 2 though) and am into a variety of things (music, computers, sports, photography, traveling).

I think that'll do. Look forward to being an active member of this forum as I have been on Maxima.org and NYCMaximas.org.

New to the site and don't know how to post pics yet. Sold my 00 Cadillac Deville because I wanted something unique that wasn't a dime a dozen so I bought a 03 M45 Obsidian Black on Black with 105K. I always like the 97-01 Q45 and the 03-04 M45. No mods yet. Still deciding on rims 20" vs 22" I Just had the front bumper painted to get rid of the peppered road rash other than this it's very clean with no leaks. The first day I bought the car experienced the notorious fuel gauge misread and ran out of gas on a major thorough fare. I was in total shock that the car just died being in such great condition and after all the great reviews I read about these cars also my thorough inspection of the car before purchase. Good thing I have AAA roadside assistance. I plan on removing the wing on the trunk, not a fan of that on 4 door cars and getting the pop up trunk feature from Burtman Industries, otherwise you have to be very quick to get in the trunk :rotfl . Most american luxury cars have a pop up trunk.
Thanks to this forum I now know a little more and have a resource for info. As for the oil consumption I'm not concerned about that, hell the Caddy Northstar V8 burns about a quart and half of oil after 1500-2000 miles, so when I read the complaints I say you've haven't had a northstar. Besides I stay on top of oil changes every 3k-4k and most shops I use top off oil and fluids for free.

My other ride is a Amaranth/Plum colored 1995 Jaguar Vanden Plas that I've had going on 9 years. You can check my rides out on www.cardomain.com profile dham629
