Hey everybody! I'm back on the boards (previous uname was Big Tone, forgot my password :-/ ) . I was a previous owner of a J30, which I traded in a couple years ago for my wife to get an X5. For the past two years I was driving her old car, which was an Audi A6. Sooo glad to be an Infiniti owner again! I just bought a 2008 gray M45x. Glad to be back on the boards, too!

Hello Everyone....

Longtime 2003 M45 owner. Owned since Sept 2004. Recently moved to TX. New to the site. Finally gave in on joining after trying to fix everything by myself...Figured it'd take a family to raise my M45 the right way. 139K miles in and gonna aim steady for 200K (I'd like to hold onto this beast for while)

Current issues:
- creaking when driving up an incline (Both front tie rods recently changed)
- changed harmonic balancer last month, but I was advised to replace all my pulleys/crankshafts)
- supplemental air bag light recently came on and wont go away
- Engine temp shoots up when air conditioner is on (on days over 90s though - i'm in TX)
- Changed all belts and did a tune up last month
- Small dent on driver side rear (havent found a reputable cheap TX body shop yet)

Ray from MA-Motorsports is me. Just got an M because I gotta walk by Forsberg's VK56 Powered M every day and it looks so damn sweet. We are gonna see what can be done with a street car M. We build the craziest VK engines, period. Maybe I'll put a flat crank VK45 race engine in it since we have 4 of them. Not.

3 hours ago I bought(practically stole) a 2008 M35X in Gray Metallic/black interior with 66,000 miles in just superb condition. Already got a surprise, I never heard of the Music Box for cars, discovered I have it on the ride home! Wow, what a solid beautifully appointed vehicle.

Here's the latest addition! I love it. I'm pretty sure it has every possible feature. I was pretty sold on getting a BMW 550i but I couldn't pass up this M56 at such a good price. Not to mention it' has much more room. This damn thing practically drives itself. With the mixture of drive Assistance and Adaptive Cruise control, you can pretty much let the car drive and keep itself within the lines without touching the wheel or gas. I'm SLEEP! lol

Hey guys, My name is Josh I'm 27 and I'm a college student in Texas. I just picked up a 2009 Infiniti M35 last Tuesday and am looking forward to learning a few things on this site.





So far it's still stock with the exception of a blendmount for my Passport radar detector that came from my previous '03 Acura TL which was totaled a few weeks ago. Still need to hardwire the radar in, planning on doing that next weekend when the cable comes into my buddies shop.

Not planning on doing too much for the next year while I finish up school. I may throw some Junction Produce curtains in there to accentuate the existing tint and for a lil extra privacy when I'm chillin' in my car in-between classes. Maybe down the road when I get to a town with better roads I might drop it and put it on some 20" traffic stars.

I"m surfin the historic posts like crazy to learn....got a few projects on my list:

1 - Replace Belts, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, Fluids etc.. - no worries
2 - Suspension - here's the one I'm looking to learn - Looking for set of springs/shocks or coilovers that are very streetable, but will drop this AWD version about 1--1.5in - Suggestions? - Also, easy way to add camber in front.
3 - Wheels - I'm stuck on wanting to do 18's - What wheel in a 9 to 10in wide will fit/fill out whee well..i.e. offset etc..?
4 - Sunroof - who knows what's going on..i have to push the switch about 10 times to open or close..it moves the roof in like 2 inch increments...i'm wondering if switch is bad..or some programming...hmmm..

Hi all l, I just bought my 2nd m45 sport used last night, exactly configured as the first one I had brand new in 2006. I had the m56 and absolutely hated it and got it lemon lawed. I have regretted selling the first m45 sport I had. the 2006 m45 sport is by far the best car I have ever owned, I wish you could super charge it. I always said if you could take the amg e55 motor and put it in the 2006 m45 sport, you would have the best car ever.

Hey guys I'm new to this forum. Just bought a used silver 2008 infiniti m35s and I absolutely love the car it's a huge upgrade over the toyota Avalon I was driving before. I had a few questions about it though. I was wondering how my car would looks with black rims and smoked out taillights. I'm thinking about getting halo headlights too. But I want an Idea of how they'll look. I havnt been able to fun anything on google. Also how do you post pictures on here? I havnt no idea how to do it. Sorry I'm new to this.

Been a member for a while, read plenty of post and did my homework before buying my M. Just purchased my M on Monday, 06 M35S with Technology package, XM radio, black obsidian, with light grey interior. It has 156K, but a clean car fax, and got it really cheap...
Not new to Nissan products, had an Armada, which was fully worked on, cams, exhaust, custom intake, LS7 TB, and custom Level 10 transmission, tuned by Uprev. I will be purchasing another VQ35 motor to work on, since I plan on keep this car for a while.

Hello to everyone. I'm new to this site and just picked up a 2013 M37. Here are a few pictures just before I left the dealership and one once I got home parked in the garage.

Fully loaded including tech package with, entertainment package with drop down LCD screen, 14 speaker Bose stereo with 2 12 in punch P3's, it has the oem side and rear body kit(missing the front when a friend borrowed the car :/) . Add-on's include a Full Megan exhaust, weapon R cold air intake, 8000k hid headlights with blue led trim, hid fog light kit, limo tint and a few other little fun things. I just got new 20" MRR HR4 staggered rims. Love this car and love adding new things to it.

Just joined the forum and enjoyed all the posts and pics.

I also currently own a 2004 Nissan Maxima with 220K miles (and before that a Nissan Sentra). That Maxima had me swearing to never buy another Nissan product again... but alas I'm here again but I know this vehicle will prove more worthy..
