Hey everyone I'm new to this forum and thought I would say hello. I joined because I found myself using the forums anyway to do some research into a possible V8 swap. I'm a member of NiClub.ca where I do most of my posting as I live in Canada. Here are some picks of my car...

Hey guys, im not new to NICO, ive been a member for probably 3 or 4 years now, but before I was always floating around the 240 section and occasionally the 300zx section for my RX7. BUT, this guy just picked up a G35 yesterday since my Audi was totalled 2 weeks ago.... (RIP)

On to the saucy details. It's an 04' with 60k miles on the nuts. single owner before me who had it professionally undercoated and appears to have maintained it pretty meticulously. Manual 6-SPD, Desert Platinum on the outstide, Willow leather on the inside. So far, I'm loving it. Its not quite as "fit and finished" on the inside as my A4 was, but it's quite a bit quicker and definitely easier on the wallet to maintain. that and i just plain missed RWD. :gapteeth:

I only have one picture as of now when I had it at the gas station, its at the dealer right now getting some preventative maintenance. But when i pick it back up monday ill get her cleaned up and snap a couple more pictures.

It's bone stock as of now, and I dont want to get too crazy with it since its just my daily driver, but I do have some tasteful mods in mind just to "liven" it up a little bit. :naughty:

Here is a shot of the G37 with the old girl I traded in, my 1998 328i. She served me well, but sometimes you just need 328 horses.

I am looking at a 2005 G35 coupe, manual trans, with 48k miles. Wondering about reliability and what to look for in terms of service. I saw the reliability link but did not see any actual info. Thanks.

The only issue I've had with our '07 is one of the rims started peeling off the "black chrome" style finish. That, yellowing headlights (Plexus proof it seems) and rock chips eating the nose :(

Glenn here. Picked up an '11 G37 convertible this weekend.
33,000 miles, nav, 19" wheels. Silver/Black, all for under 30K.

Loving it so far. I have a pic on my computer, but i don't know how to add it here.

My last car was a pontiac solstice GXP. That's another great convertible, but this is such a nice upgrade. Trunk in the solstice (with the top down) is probably a bit larger, but not much. I actually went grocery shopping Monday and had plenty of room. And went to sams yesterday and again had tons of space. Love everything about this car.

I did a lot of mods to my solstice, but I'm not sure what, if any mods I'll do to my G37. I kinda like her just the way she is. :)

Looks like the G37 I purchased and am picking up tomorrow, although mine is an awd - as I live in the northeast

use it in the best of health..

Cody, take care of it. First car I assume? We got the daughter a Kia and while she loves having her first car she dislikes that it's so slow and has no options compared to the '07 G35s she learned to drive in. :chuckle:

Darik.
Not an owner yet but looking at an 04 G35 sport coupe with 6 speed. Miles are great at 37,000 but its ten years old. What should I be willing to pay? Its a great looking deep sapphire with willow interior. Hope to get some positive feedback on it. Thanks
