Im not exactly sure if these were ever offered in 17". But to me these resemble the Axis OG Banzai and those were offered in 17".

ah, yeah youre probably right. 17's in a good offset would be cool. i always liked the hayashi's they were offered through club4ag at one time, thats how i was introduced to the wheels.
thanks for the info dude.
*EDIT*... the axis hayashi copies are discontinued, its a shame, they had 17x9 options...
that wheel in 17x9 -10 would be stupid awesome. LISTEN TO ME WHEEL MAKERS!!!!!

Simmode, are you on to these yet?
mesh is dope but no awesome sizes right?...dunno
http://esmwheels.com/access/wheels-002r-002r-p-75.html
17x8.5 4x114.3 20 Specify 3.0" $245/wheel
17.10.0 4x114.3 15 Specify 4.0" $345/wheel

too damn expensive imo...but still, 17x10+15 mesh? cool in my book...these arent listed yet i dont think

Yeah those Rotas are definitely a knockoff of the Hayashi's. I just checked Hayashi's website and they are identical. But I love 15 and 16 inch rims so I got a soft spot for those 15x9's :naughty:

Heres an actual pic of the Hayashi rim

Damn... Nice finds, guys! These are all news to me! I wonder how much those ESM meshies weigh? If they're not much lighter than XXR 526's, I'll pass. If they're really light though, they might be worth the price! I don't really like that style wheel on S-Chassis, but they are a pretty good looking BBS RS replica and the size is just right for us...

simmode, just called esm customer service, they answered that the 17x10 weighs around 22lbs...sounds good BUT, the guy kept saying "around" and "about" soooo im not sure how accurate that # is lol he may have been talking about the 17x8.** who knows, extremely friendly but preoccupied and i dont think american hahaha

^^^Lol... That would have set off my :bs: alarm too... hahaha...

IMO, $345 per wheel is too much to be spending on some unknown quantity, knock-off wheel. Not even 18x10 Rota's or Varrstoens cost that much... :squint:

agreed, i love mesh wheels and 17" is way cool. but the pricetag and unknown weight kills it for me, i mean if i had the money to throw away, sure why not...but i dont lol.
oh well...still another 4 lug option put to the list.

on top of that, theres 17x9/17x9.5 grids in white for less than 700 on ebay...good fitment for around the same price as 2 17x10 esm's lol wth?!

got another bit of info...the square mesh wheels offered on enjuku, sold quick apparently, and theyve been trying to guide the company into the s chassis market with other sizes...pretty sure a 17x9 +15 option may be on its way, 4 lug of course.

may be months, or longer who knows if it even gets made....id laugh my a** off though if they produced a 17" option before those new xxrs shiped lol

Do you know if they would be making the 17x9 in the same style as the 16x9's or a different style?

no clue, i assume itll be the same mesh style, not sure about the heavy convex face... im sure the dimensions will change in the design a bit but you never know.
i was reading posts on another site and saw where enjuku rep was talking about his dealings with square and the possibility of new sizes and offsets...they were wary of doing much until after they see how well the 16's sold and current and future interest in the wheels. id say enough interest was out there for more so as far as he knew, 17's and an 18 would be next...17's being offered in a 4lug option.
we'll just have to wait and see...also another thing i would be curious about is price, the deal earlier was 400...now its 499 for the 16" so id like to know how much of a hike the 17" and 18" will end up being. i could deal with the odd wheel face if it were 17x9 +15 yaknow?

lol yea I think i think that same style could look pretty good in 17". If its a reasonable price I may have to pick up a set when I get some money. I really hope they come out with a 15x9 +15 lol I have wanted a set of wide 15's for a long time now. Im not sure if the 15's would sell well enough for them to produce them though.

i doubt 15's will come, the biggest complaints well the only complaints on square wheels were, too small, and face convex...

If they offered that wheel in 17x9+15 and 18x9.5+15 for 4 lug, that would be great...

Right now, there are 4 sets listed on ebay & I got a feeling this is gonna be the last we see of these wheels. They were like $225 per wheel a year ago! Looks like Clearance Pricing to me! :ohno:

Set of for 17x9+15 for 4x114.3: $530 shipped!

Yeah, they aren't bad wheels at all. They were a bit overpriced (IMO) when I first found out about them. But it sucks to look around and see nobody rocking these wheels, but whoring out P45R/Grids. And now it looks like these nice wheels are going the way of Falken Hanabi's, Axis OG Banzai's and Elites.

This seems to be the trend, though. Maybe we sleep on the ESM meshies & the price will drop. But the trade off is that they'll probably be discontinued.
