hey guys when i get the temp sensor code i just need to make sure the connections are good and replace the temp sensor if needed right?side note with the old KA24 i had the same code come up then when i put the CA in i still get the code is this just coincedince? also what one is the temp sensor the red one with the 2 prongs or the one next to it with the single prong

is there any thing else that can cause thisthanks

The FSM has some info about testing temp sensors, but when I got that code, I just replaced it...generally less trouble.

IIRC, there are actually two temp sensors, one that feeds the ECU and one that feeds the gauge. I don't remember which is which . But I THINK the 2-prong one is for the ECU.
