Tein Flex Z top mount nuts

Just wondering if the nuts to tighten the top mounts were included in anyone else's or if it is expected the OEM nuts will fit. The tein threads are too thick for M10 and 3/8" nuts and the M12 and 1/2" nuts are too big. I live in Japan and can't find any nuts that fit these threads lol. Any suggestions?
