It's possible to get the TBO spoiler, if you have many connections in Japan. But since you are asking this question, I'm gonna say that you will never get one. Ever. They are just that hard to find, even if you know alot of people in Japan.

The Kaminari Cali spoiler is a much better choice, since it is one spoiler the adverage guy at least has the possibility to see in person. They are no longer made and nobody has made a replica yet. But keep your eyes on ebay and on the Z31 forums, they do pop up from time to time. Right now, I don't think there are any up for sale. I know of one guy who might sell the one he has, but he hasn't made a decision yet. Other than that, I haven't seen any. I know this because I'm helping the PO of my Kaminari spoiler look for one, after he tried to get me to sell mine back to him.

I got mine in a deal for the spoiler and lip, shipped, for $300. It's worth mentioning that I got a much better deal than most. I remember seeing one go for $400-something dollars. But you can get a better deal than that if you have much (as in ****loads of) patience... or get lucky.

If you get one, let me know since I can give you some tips on installing them.

are we talking front lip spoilers here or rear hatch spoilers? if its lip spoilers, someone already makes a TBO and SS replicas... if its hatch spoilers, someone post some pics. I havn't seen a hatch spoiler I liked other than the ones that come on the turbo models.

The TBO/SS front lip is only available to Z31s with the 87-89 nose. There are no replicas available for the 84-86 nosed models.

Swap out the front ends.. and then add a replica TBO. There is a guy who makes it.. All you need to do is replace the hood, fenders, lights, and bumper! Enjoy!

Don't need the fenders. Damnit. Why do people keep repeating that?

Because people look at the 85 fenders, then look at the 87 fenders, and think that since they look different that they won't work.

And then they put them on the car and realize they don't match the rear fenders and it looks like crap with mismatched front/rear fenders.

Uhhhhh... that sounds about right. Throw on some AE flares though, and it's a whole different story.
