Tail Lights not working

Hi, my daughter has a 1998 Infiniti I30. The tail lights are not working at night. Brake lights, head lights, hazards and directionals all work. Tried replacing fuze. Didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

if taillight bulbs are dual filament, the filament for the taillights could be out while the stoplights still work. have you tried replacing the bulbs?
