I was out searching the web and I saw a few nicely made T4 manifolds for the ka24de and I wondered if a T04b or t04e would make a good match. I initially thought that a to4b would be a good match for a higher boost, say, 350-400 hp ka24de?But then I started reading and a lot of people on other forums (for other cars) seeme to believe that the to4e had a lot higher surge line and a greater efficiency map with around the same spool up.*shrugs*or would a T3/T4 or a simple T3 be a better choice?

i'd go with a straight t4 for 350-400hp.

i believe the t04e 50 trim should do the job.

Well it depends on what you want, but I'm a fan of bogger turbos. I'd opt to use a T4. T04E would be a better choice in terms of efficiency and flow. The E will have slightly less response at it uses a bigger wheel but as long as the turbines are equal, you probably won't be able to tell much difference. Especially since larger compressors tend to make more boost at a given shaft speed so some of the response can be made up there.
