I'm installing a friends sway bars on his 350z. We don't know which hole is the stiffest, or softest, or anything in between. Could you help?

I realize the noob comments coming and the "use the search" stuff, but i cant seem to find anything. Sorry/thanks in advance.

The hole farthest foward is the firmest setting.

jetpilot is correct. Most people start in the middle, and adjust from there.
