90 Q- baseHitting bumps on rear feels like a spring loaded basketbasll bouncing around.Front feels pretty crappy as well

I see no indicAtion of the stuff ever being replaced on my service records. Maybe done independantly? Im not sure. Car has 155,000

Do these cars have shocks all around? or struts? or a combo?

I plan on going with the blues, but was wondering what other parts will i need to complete the job.

Thanks in advance as Im a complete noob when it comes to suspension.(yes I have someone to help me as Im disabled)

Probably most of the bushings if they haven't been done yet. After that the car will (should!) ride like new.
