Looks like you have a pretty clean little truck. Have it shot with a reasonable cost paint job and drive it a while after you get your license. Once you get a good feel for it after some road miles, you can decide from there what additional things you want to do to it. Right now the truck will provide good economical transportation and reasonable good looks. Having that at your age says you have it made.

That's a pretty nice little truck. I'd start with paint, even a rattle can job if that's all you can afford. In the issue of drive-ability consider swapping your headlights to housings that can take halogen bulbs, it makes a huge difference. I run 55/60s in my low beams and 80/100s for the highs and it lights up the road as far as the eye can see. Oh and get your other windshield wiper on there

thats a sweet first truck. IMO flat black is ideal for the first time build.

1. Make sure you get it running and driving good, so when you do the abuse first time drivers tend to punish their cars with, its got a better chance of still running. plus nothings better than a clean old skool ride that runs purrfect.

2.make your interior classy. at some point, a chick's gonna hop in your cozy 2 seater, or better yet, a couple dozen chillin in the bed (we can dream). be prepared it better be clean! you got a system that works (id assume), retro steering wheel and a badass shift knob, but whatsup with the dead fur sittin on your dash? trim that **** back or lose it man-sometimes less is more

nice truck. makes me wanna move to so cal just to get a sick car.

And for the dash, I'm hoping to fiberglass it or just get a cap for it pretty soon. Thanks for all the support!
