Strut tower problems

I was jsut oout in my garage getting ready to replace an injector seal on injector #3 the only one i cant get to cuz of my strut bar. so i go to take off the sturt tower nuts i've done countless times. well 2 of the them on the drivers side would spin but not come off. i figured i stripped them. so jsut out of curiousity i take a cresent wrench to them and find out that the nuts arent spinning but the entire bolt with the nut. obviously i must have tightened them toomcuh the last time i took them off. my question tho is am i goin to need a whole new strut tower assembely or can i jsut get new bolts to thread in there once i get these out? and i assume im goin to have to take out the assembly. luckily im buyin a winter beater on tuesday so i wont have to go long without a car.
