At Q45.org where the pic is hosted, bring up the full size image, right click, properties, and then highlight and copy the file name. Come back to your post and paste between the [IMG] [IMG].

Sorry I couldn't give you much of a detailed explanation today. I try to keep my internet surfing to a minimum at work. There's no easy or straighforward answer to your problem. You're going to need to print up a few pages from the FSM and start tracing hoses.
I had the "hose to nowhere" syndrome and did a lot of guessing as to what it could be for many months. After months of skilled guesswork I ended up loosening the plenum and tracing every hose in the emissions system. Turned out the PO had bypassed the EGR system but you couldn't see it until the plenum was lifted.
Your case may or may not be the same but to find the problem you're going to have to check every vac (emissions) hose in the system. The throttle body will need to come off to check the 2 emissions hoses attached to the backside and the plenum will need to be lifted to get a good look at the hose cluster attached to its underside.
The first few pages of the EF&EC section of the FSM have some excellent drawings and schematics showing the location of the components and hoses. Start reading, tracing lines, and troubleshooting. You're going to end up pulling each hose, blowing air into it, and checking where the air should be coming out. It's a PITA but when you figure it out you'll be surprised at how simple the fix was.
Good luck.
