Anyone know how much the stock rims that come on the SL weigh?I'm looking at getting a set of 17"s of the rim in the link below and just wanted to know how much different they would be in weight.

Do you think this rim would look good on a Brilliant Silver V SL with 215/45 tires? I used TireRack's image utility but the silver color doesn't come across quite right on their site.

They are Borbet LV4's. If you go to tire rack and list your car as a Versa it will come up a few rows down.

I know I don't want chrome rims, and not sure if I would want to stay with a brushed aluminum look again. This seems like a decent rim, not too flashy but sporty and not super ricey. But I'm not sure if it would be too much of a black void in my wheel wells.

Here's the link that should work:http://www.tirerack.com/wheels...Brand

As far as the stock wheel weight, I think it's around 18 lbs based on this thread, as Bulldog states the stock wheel and tire weighs 35 lbs, and each tire weighs 17 lbs according to tire rack's site.

I see what you mean about the colors being off on tirerack's versa pics...

Anyway, I think they would look good, I am not much for chrome rims either. I was looking at a flat silver, or gunmetal for mine...

I think if you have tinted windows, maybe blacked out tail lights, it would all tie together very well...imo

I do have very dark windows. Not blackouts on the lights though. I found that if I pick "Fresh Powder" as the color of the car it is actually closer to the silver look.

yeah those rims should look fine with the silver versa.

Instead of black, i think flat black looks much better.
