Stock sidemount piping, replacement???

i've been searching for awhile but i cannot seem to find any aftermarket.

I'm looking for a 3" pipe, all bent for fit, to replace the stock intake piping that runs over top of the fan shroud..

does ANYONE have any experience with this, the reason for this, is i got a good deal on an FMIC, but it wraps and mounts up to the stock piping.. i'll post pictures if i can..

I'm doing something like you rico05. And 3.0 inlet is not a little bit too mush ? Unless you'r making 300whp+ ?

2inch hot pipe and 2.5 cold pipe seem just perfect to me.

Damn...that price is a kick in the face haha.

I paid $150 for my previous custom aluminum one. Too bad half of it was smashed in my wreck. Now, I am using the throttle body half of it and half of an aluminum one for an S14 SR. It does not fit too well.

You arent making 300+ HP if you are using the stock sidemount intercooler. The for the money you really cant beat an FMIC off of ebay.

even if you were making 400whp, 3" would be overkill.

And that one rage posted isn't even 2.5" in diameter. 3" probably doesn't exist. Have a shop make you one.
