hey guys, currently only have i/e on my 93 hatch...soon im gonna get high flow cat, header, and cams. I know im gonna need a tune after the cams so my Q is...is the stock ecu tunable to any degree?

If not, then what else do i need to buy....

i want the speed limiter removed as well (w/o having to cut the transmission sensors and whatnot)...and a tune after the cam installation.i dont wanna spend 550 for JWT, so any suggestions?
