You should definitely remove the vinyl by the rear wheels....

I know of a guy that does side jobs.. Charged me like $210. Not the best work in the world but its cheaper than paying over $400 in some custom paint place.

Actually Its just held by double sided tape (Strong stuff).. But i did screw the ends just in case and for ease of mind..

Wow, I looked at your car and thought why is there a picture of a Pontiac GTO with stillen rockers on in this forum. The way the camera angle is I think it looks just like one.

I have the chrome mustache part off. I had painted them myself, but the paint had tons of specs and chips in it so I took it off. I have been planning on sanding them down and priming and painting it right, but I think it looks okay with them just off. Cant really notice it unless if you are right infront of the car.

btw love your ride

just emailed him .. thanks !

how hard was it to take of the original side skirts? ... do you have pics when you took of the original ones? i was reading ... in order to take them of you need to just pull them hard ... i plan on doing this soon .. so i want to know what im in for thanks !
You need to pull like hell. You are actually going to be breaking tabs when you pull it off. So when you think you are pulling too hard...pull harder. There are some of those push tabs on the bottom you have to take off and then the screws on the sides that hold the mudflab things first.

Rmuth25, if you dont mind me asking what kind of rims are those [QUOTE=Rmuth25]Me too I do agree you need to see it in person to get the full effect. Pictures do not do it justice. This weekend I will get around to installing the corners. . .

so does the fitmit, just a tad on the part where the bumper attaches to the body near the headlight, and on the front of the side skirt, it seems to protrude a bit past the fender

still looks super nice though, i wish the stillen fascia stood out more on black coupes

Shadow on hood in first pic does make it look off, but it is matched. the rear corners are really off due to the fact that every precision grey coupe that I have ever seen has a different color rear bumper than the rest of the car. The rear corners match the car, but not the bumper, so you notice it the second that they are installed.

it sticks out a little into the wheel well on the front and back so that they can attach to the car. It is very noticeable from that angle though.
