Stillen Headers. Some questions that needs straight answers.

Hey everyone, i'm on heading towards my next upgrade for my 4th gen Altima. So i did some research and finally chose the stillen headers as my next upgrade. I need some questions to be answered though cause alot of people havent given me A clear answer to them.

Even though it says off road use for the headers, will i be still able to use them for everyday commute?

Will i pass inspection?

Does anyone know the total of ordering them with shipping N handling and installing?

Thank you to whoever can answer them :)

I do alot of research before i buy randomly.
