Note - I just watched the video and do not let the sound fool you, it sounds much deeper than it is in the video. Its definitely not or raspy and when cruising around normal speed the drone has actually gotten quieter than before which is great and once you hit the gas and start driving aggressively it sounds amazing, my NISMO sounds much deeper and has grown some big cajones! In 3rd gear when high up in the revs its an amazing sound, like a nice rumble. In fact there is less vibrations inside the car once the engine is started as well, I'm guessing since the heat shields are removed its much quieter during idle. Best $400 CAD I've spent so far on this car.

K so my question is with all the mods when are you going to do a 1/4 mile. I want to see how fast the 2.5 is loaded up with bolt ons.

i can't wait to get mine installed, once my flange comes i should be set, i wanna just throw on the headers, but i know that the CEL will bother me.

And you could turn the SEL off with your tuner.

The added power is worth the bs.

I dont know about quarter mile times but i can tell you that a cobalt ss definitely leaves us 2.5rs in the dust even with these boltons...then again im not sure if its just the stock cobalt ss since i dont know much about that particular car.

ps - the headers ARE stainless steel but not polished.

The Cobalt SS is also turbo charged, so I would imagine it should leave you in the dust, I am pretty sure it leaves the V6 behind as well.

the cobalt ss is it's own trim, then there is the other trim that you can get to add the turbo. used to be the supercharger, but now the turbo is the option. there is a couple of SS's at my school who don't have a turbo/supercharger.

The dealership did my install and charged 2 hrs labor...and im pretty sure the cobalt was turbo or supercharged...because that thing kicked my a** w/ a head start...haha btw it was at the track, not public roads.

It pulls harder, especially as you get higher in the rpms.

I deleted the code with the gt tuner and it is still gone 90 miles later.

Same here, yes and yes...

It does change the exhaust tone in the back slightly with the stock exhaust. But you can hear the major difference in the front of the car. At times it over powers the intake noise.
