I'll come ship it to you if you buy the headers, no guarantee when they will get there though. Might take a couple yearsDaCoupe wrote:we have to pay up the a** for shipping
damnit now im going to have to ask my parents to pay for tuition. im gonna be in the poor house again or even worse in debt with credit card companies again. *sigh*Rob.Vegan wrote:Can't wait until I have money, I can't keep up with everything that's coming out: Coilovers, Headers, Turbos etc
if you look at the welds to the flange ... they are not finished.. this prolly isnt a pic of the finished product... just something that they had laying around for the website.mrodrig2 wrote:I have to say that this header (singular people, there's only one, the 2.5 doesn't have 'headers') is ugly. Can't they go the little extra step to have it polished or ceramic coated? Even the cheap ebay ones are.
but i dont know....
Yeah, I see what you are saying. Now that you mention it, the collector welds don't look so great either. Hopefully this is just a pic of a prototype.mikegtr06 wrote: if you look at the welds to the flange ... they are not finished.. this prolly isnt a pic of the finished product... just something that they had laying around for the website.
Yes but Stillen does not just have one header or only one of us would be lucky enough to own it. They have headerS for our carS.mrodrig2 wrote:I have to say that this header (singular people, there's only one, the 2.5 doesn't have 'headers') is ugly. dont think we're ever going to see headers for the V6... our funky a** engine bay compartment makes installing these much, much more time consuming than for other setups...Hussain wrote: but $1,000 seems too expensive since Stillen was going to make them for almost half the price. if people really want them, i think the best thing would be to show stillen there is an interest for the V6 now...
Don't be a smartass. I understand grammar. I was referring to statements that are phrased such as the one below:Rob.Vegan wrote:Yes but Stillen does not just have one header or only one of us would be lucky enough to own it. They have headerS for our carS.

Hey I have money to burn like that... To bad I already got my Turbo . Someone will come through with it though Rob.rjdmmfl1 wrote:Headers, downpipes, Y-pipe, cat back.. iI wonder what kind of peak HP and torque numbers this would see... maybe 30 -40 at the wheels? in any case I doubt it would happen... that's be about $3000 (including header install labor) for only 30 whp... not a good investment IMO, but hey, perhas somebody's got money to burn like that...
did you forget about the pulley?? lol add more hp now lolrjdmmfl1 wrote:
