I will take some pictures on monday of what they did for my support brace. The Doc. has seen it.JDRosenberg07 wrote:The hood stoppers are as low as they can go.. That was my first instinct when I installed it but it didn't work
and I know alphapig fixed his sag and I emailed him a few times about it but he never responded
As for the fender popping out, I know Blake had zip tied it to prevent it from popping out. I took a different approach and bought new fender clips (the black clips behind the facsia) What it is, is the holes on the Stillen fascia isn't clipping into the clip. I made the clip holes a little bigger by shaving off some material with a dremmel. use a utility blade if you don't have a dremmel. Once you do that you'll heare a click once you push the fascia into the clip.maxentropy wrote:As for that fender gap/popout-- I have that same issue. Some folks here fixed that. hopefully dangeris or adidas2go can pop in and recap what the fix was...
can anyone who has a stillen fascia with no sag just tell me if they cut the oem support brace off or if it just came off to put into the stillen bumper thankscoderedk wrote:how do i remove the support brace from my oem fascia? it looks like its connected to the bumper itself like 1 piece, did you guys cut it off? im trying to fix this today here are some pics of it
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the "support brace" in question the flat piece of metal that is held on by those round clips?coderedk wrote:

I trimmed pieces of wedge shaped foam from the bumper support foam piece. Wedged those pieces under the upper part of the grille to push that part up.JDRosenberg07 wrote:Thats what i thought too...
Alphapig what did you to fix yours?
so do we need to buy new clips and use a drumel? or if we just use a dremmel will the factory clips click into place?dangeris wrote:

try which ever is cheaper. If you have a dremel, enlarge the holes on the fascia a tad and see if the clips will lock into place. Use a heat gun too to kinda bend the clips down too so it grabs the fascia. That's what I did first before I I said screw it and bought new clips. FYI,.new clips for both side isn't more than $5...at least that how much it cost me.Hussain wrote:
