Stillen 3.5 sedan exhaust will it work for the coupe?

Why don't you google "Stillen", and find a phone number for them. Call and ask them if it will work for the coupe.

The Altima sedan has a wheelbase of 109.3 inches, and an overall length of 189.8 inches.

The Altima Coupe has a wheelbase of 105.3 inches, and an overal length of 182.5

Not out of the box. Mufflers definitely have different hangars, also pipe lengths/angles b/t the coupe and sedan are not likely the same.
