Did you run ECU diagnostics when it was together and running? That's the first thing to do. If it's dumping fuel as you put it, you need to pull the plugs on that side and see which cylinder it is that's doing that. It could be a leaking injector o-ring. What injectors did you replace the original ones with?

How did you determine one bank is richer than the other?

Perhaps you aren't getting proper spark in a cylinder. How are the spark plugs?

What I would do, is determine which cylinder is rich by examining the spark plugs. Test the wire that plugs into the coil packs with a timing light to see that there is a proper signal getting through (don't check the timing this way, just use the light to see that it sparks). If any do not spark or spark properly, we likely have a PTU issue. If you find no issues here, unplug the wire going to the coil pack on the bad cylinder and see if it dramatically effects the idle (do while running). If it does not effect the idle, you have a bad coil pack. If it does, the issue is else where (not ignition).

k.. so this happened to me once before this time. Before, like this time, they diagnosed it as an fuel injector, changed it and it ran like crap still. we ran through through my connectors opened them up and there was massive corrosion in the connectors on the front of my engine. I cleaned it and it ran well again. The thing with these cars is its old and so maybe corrosion maybe the culprit. i havent had time to go through my wires yet but you should give it a try. let me know.. if you find out otherwise let me know.
