steering wheel clunking when i turn, shimmy or bump at idle or slow[1995 240sx]

1995 240sx manual

everytime i either shimmy, turn and then counter.. CLUNK! Feel it right from the steering wheel. When i shimmy it back n forth i'll hear it many times until i stop. always on the counter. Always when i'm at idle or slow moving.

Any suggestions?
