Steering and noise

I put new kyb struts ans shocks on my EX35 AWD plus new Continental tires and now it rides like a truck and on the highway when I hit bumps it feels like the steering is very loose and I have to constantly make correction to stay on a straight line.
Can something else need replaceing?

Hmmm, sounds a bit dangerous to me. I would have a mechanic take a look at it just to be safe. This started right after installing the struts? Lug nuts are torqued correctly?
