Is this the result of your mods or has it been running and just started doing this? What codes does the ECU provide? I'd be suspect of MAF, TPS and O2 sensors, maybe vacuum leak, but I think we need more information like when was it working last and what's changed since then. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. Not entirely sure I inherited it as such. I can verify the timing fuel pressure CAS functionality spark etc. it will occasionally hit rev to 1200 or so then immediately die.

Are you running MAFs or MAP? If your running MAFS then you will have hella problems with open air BOV causing the exact issues your seeing. Sounds like you need to have the Power FC inspected too. Do you have the OEM ECU? These are the areas I would start in.

Remember: Suck---Bang----Blow

Air, Gas, spark that's all you need.

I know this is an old post, but I just came across this trouble shoot for Power FC. Perhaps beneficial to future Power FC user as well.

The PowerFC manual states to start the car, ensure no errors are present and let the car idle for at least 30 minutes. During this idle period wait about 10 minutes, turn on the air con, wait another 10, turn on the demister, wait another 10 minutes or so and then your car is ready to drive. If you short cut the self learn idle procedure once the car is turned off and back on again it will simply stall each time. If this occurs you must factory reset it again and do the procedure from the start

Still in the same boat. It's got a Ford cobra MAF. Same condition plugged or unplugged on the MAF but the power fc is registering the MAF. It is hitting just immediately dies. it will not settle into idle.
