I have a 94 SR20det Redtop

Mods:
Straight pipe 3" exhaust with ported godspeed manifold
Blow off valve( don't know the brand name.doesnt say)
3" circuits ports turbo elbow
Aluminum CX Racing radiator
Walbro hp255 fuel pump
Boost controller

So basically whenever I let my foot off the throttle the RPMs will drop to 500 then up and back down and then it returns to it's regular idle. It used to drop just once but it's recently gotten worse. The car will also backfire. This all happens when shifting down/neutral or when I rev the car.

Ive read online that SR20s need to be recirculated? If this is true how do I recirculate my current bov?

Anybody?

The BOV outlet needs to be piped into the turbo inlet after the MAF.
